State Patrol: Driver failed to stop for red light, crashed into SUV
WINONA, Minn. (KTTC) -- -
A Winona man was hurt when a Wisconsin man drove through a red light in Goodview Wednesday morning.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, Lawrence Green, 75 of Winona, was crossing Highway 61 on 44th Avenue at 7:13 a.m., when his SUV was struck by a southbound pickup driven by Jay North, 53 of New Auburn, Wis.
The State Patrol reports North did not stop for a red light and hit Green's SUV on the driver's side.
Green suffered non life-threatening injuries and was taken to Winona Health.
