Tayla Stuttley scored 17 points and freshman Lexi Miller added 16 as the Onalaska Hilltoppers pulled away from West Salem 62-49 Friday night at John Shelton Court.
Onalaska (2-1) scored its most points in a game this season and beat the Panthers for a second year in a row.
"We talked about after last game playing as a team, and my team gave me the ball, I was giving my team the ball. We had a lot of open looks and it was just a good team effort all around, so we were giving each other the ball,: Stuttley said afterward.
"We knew West Salem was going to pressure us a lot. I thought we handled it pretty well overall," first-year head coach Aaron Arneson said afterward. "I think because we were patient against the pressure, we were able to get some easy looks, which we didn't always get those easier looks in the first two games."
Maggie Lattos led West Salem with 14 points.
Onalaska will travel to DeForest on Tuesday. West Salem will host Arcadia on Thursday.
