In Jackson County, the Black River from Black River Falls to Galesville is included in the warning.  The Buffalo and Trempealeau Rivers in Trempealeau County are also causing flooding. Arcadia is one of the cities affected by the high water.

Damage assessments are underway in Jackson County where floodwaters damaged roads. Initial damage estimates are around $50,000 according to Wisconsin Emergency Management, but may go higher as more roads are surveyed.
