The Onalaska girls golf team will head into the post season with loads of momentum.
They captured the MVC title Tuesday at the conference meet at Fox Hollow.
It was their third straight MVC title.
They had four golfers finish in the top ten Tuesday, which coincided with their regular season results.
The Hilltoppers had four golfers finish in the top seven in the season standings as well.
"We're just going to take one meet at a time, one stroke at a time and focus on making that one the best we can and hope we get the result we want," said senior Erin Ericson, who took home MVC Medalist of the Year honors.
"I think it's really hard mentally as a sport. Being able to stay consistent and being able to recover after hard holes and hard shots. So just being able to keep in that positive mindset and coming back is really important," said Katie Chafoulias, who shot a 79 Tuesday.
WIAA Regionals start next week Monday.
