A big change coming for the UW-La Crosse football program.
They need a new offensive coordinator.
Jake Landry is leaving the program for the same job at rival UW-Whitewater.
UW-L head coach Mike Schmidt told me that even though it's a lateral move job-wise, Landry is getting a significant pay increase to go to Whitewater.
Landry has played a big role in UW-L's resurgence the last two seasons.
The Eagles have ranked second in total offense in each of the last two seasons and they've averaged 35 points a game.
Coach Schmidt says he will look outside of the program for a replacement and he's already received a lot of interest.
UW-L finished 8-2 last season.
