Several accidents and slide offs are reported Monday as roads get slippery from afternoon snowfall.
One vehicle slid off the highway just outside of La Crescent and ended up on the ice. The 24-year-old driver, a woman, was the only one in the vehicle when it rolled over. La Crescent Police said the woman was wearing her seat belt and airbags deployed in the crash. She was not injured. Speed and road conditions were a factor in the crash according to police.
Others happened in the Onalaska area along Highway 157 shortly before 2 p.m. and on I-90 where it intersects with County Highway B. There's no word of any injuries with those incidents.
The snow Monday afternoon also led to the cancellation of some school related activities as well.
