Democrat running for Wisconsin's 96th Assembly District

A Viroqua, Wisconsin democrat wants to represent Wisconsin's 96th Assembly District.

Alicia Leinberger is focused on health care, ensuring more tax dollars return to local communities and water protection.

Leinberger owns and operates Ethos Green Power, a renewable energy company in Viroqua. 

Republican Lee Nerison held the 96th District seat 14 years.  He is not running for re-election. 

Viroqua farmer Loren Oldenberg has announced he will run for the 96th as a republican.

Paul Buhr, another farmer from the Viroqua area, also announced a run for the seat, also as a democrat.

The primary is August 14.  The general election is November 6.
