The Minutes In Motion challenge hosted by Gundersen Health System came to an end on Saturday and final minutes are due Wednesday May 16.
Minutes In Motion had over 4,000 participants this year, which was up nearly 500 from the previous year. The participants are not only from the Coulee Region, but across the country as well. There was even a group participating from Oklahoma this year.
Carrie Zimmerman, the wellness education specialist at Gundersen said, "Each year we just learn on how we to improve the program. how we can do better. How we can get the community more involved and getting the whole community more active."

Minutes In Motion is a very family oriented challenge, but businesses also get involved. Carrie said, "I know a bunch of families participate together and get out and get active together. There's a lot of work site teams and they challenge each other to get more active."
Again, final minutes are due tomorrow, May 16!
