It's a well-known story beloved by kids and families. Now Ramona Quimby is coming to life on the La Crosse Community Theatre stage.
Ramona's sister Beezus serves as a narrator for the kid-friendly story put on stage by a cast of La Crosse area kids. The plot follows Ramona's various exploits as she navigates the tumultuous third grade year. While they don't always get along, Ramona and Beezus ultimately discover what can happen when families stick together.
Performances run from June 8 through June 17. Shows are Fridays at 7:00 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays at 2:00 p.m. in the Lyche Theatre at the Weber Center for the Performing Arts.
