Caledonia's season ends with semi-final loss to Marshall School

ST. CLOUD, MN (WXOW) - -
The Caledonia Warriors fell in the Class AA semi-final Friday to the Marshall School.
The final was 6-3.
Caledonia did have an early lead in the game in St. Cloud. After a single by Casey Storlie, Tate Meiners smacked a double to move Storlie to third. He then scored on a wild pitch by Marshall's Derrick Winn in the first inning. During the second inning, Evan Denstad singled, then made second after an error. Kyle Cavanaugh singled which allowed Denstad to race home.
Marshall came back in the top of the third, plating three runs on four hits in the inning.
Meiners scored in the bottom of the third on an Andrew Goergen single to tie it at three.
Marshall pulled away with two runs in the fifth and one more in the top of the 7th inning.
The Warriors' bats went cold after the third. They managed only two hits for the rest of the game.
Caledonia finishes their season at 22-3.
