A Wisconsin state campaign designed to reverse the "brain drain"

It's part of a $1 million marketing effort launched in January.  The effort is designed to encourage people who graduated from a Wisconsin institution but living and working elsewhere, to return to the state.

The Deputy Secretary of WEDC, the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation, helped explain the program at Western Technical College today.  The school is one of nine Wisconsin institutions selected to help

The loss of talent in the state is commonly referred to as the "brain drain."  In a study by University of Wisconsin professor Morris Davis, about 14,000 college graduates each year between 2008 and 2012 left the state.
