Former Western President Lee Rasch said he'd take six months off after his retirement. Now, it's been about a year and now he's quite busy.
After a series of conversations with community leaders, Rasch began a new non-profit, non-partisan group called Leader Ethics Wisconsin. Its goal is promoting integrity.
His organization says four ideas define ethical leadership. Honest and truthful, transparent with public information, people who unify rather than divide and people who represent the interests of their entire constituency to the best of their ability.
