While there’s correlation between emotional extremes and heart health, Dr. Setty said the jury is still out ultimately how it affects the physiology of the muscle. It appears, however, this sort of excitement, whether negative or positive, can create mini heart-attack conditions, much like what’s portrayed in the movies.
