ONALASKA, Wis. (WXOW) – Hundreds of people made their way to the Omni Center in Onalaska on Saturday to seek out ideas on how they can improve their home.
Over 73 professional exhibitors were available to answer questions or steer homeowners in the right direction when it comes to building, remodeling or financing their homes.
Saturday’s show included wine and beer tasting, a coffee bar, and a live auction of student built projects.
The event is designed to inspire current or future homeowners to make the most of what may be their biggest investment.
“There’s a lot of knowledgeable people here with years of experience,” La Crosse Area Builders Association Home Show Chairman Dallas Werner said. “They can show them their plans, they can give them their ideas, they can get ideas from the contractors and take that next step.”
The Home Show continued on Sunday. The theme for Sunday is Family Day. This includes an ice cream tasting, crafts for kids, and pet therapy dogs.
All proceeds from the event go towards Tools for Schools.
