La Crosse and Vernon counties are now included in the advisory which is in effect until midnight.

In our area, anywhere from 1-3 inches of snow are possible with most of it coming during the afternoon. In open areas, there may be some blowing and drifting snow as well.

The slick road conditions in the region drivers encountered this morning are expected to continue throughout the day.
