Showers return on Friday.

  • 0

Pleasant Thursday weather...

Temperatures started in the 30s and 40s early this morning, but the afternoon brought sunny skies and rising temperatures into the 60s and 70s. All in all we were near the seasonal averages.

Weak weather system and rain chance on Friday

Sunny skies will dominate for another day on Thursday, but a weak weather system will bring a moderate chance of showers to Friday afternoon and early evening. Amounts will be light and we won’t likely see thunderstorms. Highs for Friday will be in the 60s to lower 70s.

Warming trend into early next week…

Highs will trend upward starting Sunday and extending into Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Highs will rise into the 70s and lower 80s. That taste of summer will be relatively short-lived.

Pollen forecast…

Ragweed pollen counts will be low, but mold spore counts will remain pretty high, so allergy sufferers should take note.
